Presently developing over 3,000 MW of new “utility scale wind farms” in the central U.S. “wind corridor” for a privately-held wind farm development company.  In addition, we have preliminary approval (through FERC and also multiple state regulatory agencies) for the interstate transmission of our wind power, through our privately-held wind power transmission company, featuring our high-voltage interstate transmission line – which is a 768 kVa double-circuit power line.

The Renewable Energy Institute was founded for the purpose of providing leadership, education and solutions in: renewable energy, renewable energy technologies, research and development, providing funding and resources for new renewable energy technologies, education, carbon free energy, pollution free power, affordable energy, increased collaboration of renewable energy research between professors and universities and expediting energy independence in the U.S. and around the world. The Renewable Energy Institute secures funding and provides grants and financial support of professors and universities involved with research and development of renewable energy, including professors at agricultural universities who are involved with energy crops and oilseed crops used for producing biofuels such as biomethane, biodiesel and ethanol. The Renewable Energy Institute promotes and supports pollution free power, carbon free energy, zero emission power, higher energy/electric power efficiencies and renewable energy technologies that provide both economic and environmental savings for customers and the planet. As Environmental Specialist, I was responsible for insuring that all company business units were in environmental compliance with all local, state and federal environmental regulations.  This was accomplished by conducting Environmental Compliance Audits at the company’s properties and locations that ranged from local offices to large power plants. As Sales Representative, I was responsible for adding new customers and growing annual gas sales in my territory.  I was also tasked with supervising the technical sales activities of about 15 sales representatives in the General Division. Any technical sales inquiries that were received from the General Division required my supervision with the local Sales Representatives.  Technical sales I was responsible for in the General Division included: Absorption Chillers, Boilers, Cogeneration, Compressed Natural Gas, Demand Side Management, Engine Driven Chillers, Natural Gas Vehicles, and Cogeneration and Trigeneration Power Plant Development services.

Additional duties and accomplishments:

·   Conducted over 700 environmental compliance audits at company’s oil & gas production sites, gas processing facilities, gas compression stations, and pipeline operations sites.

·   Conducted Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Acquisition Audits and Divestment Audits

·    Supervised the permitting and removal of over 30 underground storage tanks.

·    Oversaw the upgrades of remaining underground storage tanks

·    Responded to and coordinated the remediation and clean-up of environmental emergencies including oilwell and gaswell blowouts, pipeline spills, "upset" air emissions from industrial facilities.

·    Conducted numerous asbestos, mercury, PCB, water, lead and air audits and sampling programs.
